    Designed to help you understand (and appreciate) your ADHD brain.  This will not only give you a foundation of understanding so you can avoid repeating mistakes, but also give you language to describe your condition to others, so you can ask for the support you need.


    Monthly Workshops

    Every month we'll come together to workshop a new way of managing our ADHD brains.  This is a live, interactive session where you'll have a chance to work through a challenge in real-time and walk away with new tools and approaches to living your life on easy-mode.


    A Compassionate Peer Community

    One of the best ways to embrace your ADHD is to find your fellow ADHD'ers.  We're the community that you don't have to explain yourself to, and we're here to learn and grow alongside you.  Tune into the community as much (or as little) as you want.  This is also where you can ask questions for me, your ADHD coach and get them answered!
